Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Good. Very good for social and networking. Great for getting a vast range of experience. And very good for beginning a career in property.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Rotating every 4 months for 2.5 years. I enjoy experiencing different areas within the industry and meeting lots of people in varying roles.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

As you are only in each team for 4 months, the level of contribution you can offer is fairly limited, although you can still feel valued.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The pay is very poor especially in London. To be able to rent in London and live, you almost certainly need extra help. There are good company benefits eg medical/pension/cycle to work etc.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Due to the pay, it is very hard to live in London and therefore I spend most of my time commuting which means I cannot spend much time in the week on hobbies. However, the social aspect of the work does make up for it to some extent.
