Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
Really enjoyed my time on the graduate scheme- i like the rotational aspect of the scheme and i feel a valued member of the team
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My favourite rotations were commercial and marketing. I feel i was given alot of real responsibility in my work having real impact on the company and partners. I enjoy most event marketing, i get lots of opportunity to travel
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

As i travel alot i get a good allowance to make up for my time spent away. I think the pension is a good one, as well as having health care and good holiday allowance.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

from the rotational scheme i have worked out what i want to specialise in in the future

With no two days the same i develop and learn all the time on the job while having opportunity to undertake qualifications and shadow new areas.

Good- my line manager is a good source of support, i have 3 mentors and 2 buddys as well as support from my scheme and future careers

i do have a good work life balance just travelling and being away with work means i get less down time but its what i enjoy
