Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
I have really enjoyed my past year working at Savills, and have been exposed to a wide range of projects. I am given increasing responsibility on projects and have felt supported by the graduate HR team. I have been involved in regular training events with other graduates in my cohort, and I look forward to continuing my personal and professional development with the company.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Preparing planning applications, project management, client communication, monitoring planning applications. I enjoy the preparation of planning applications and working with different technical disciplines
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I feel included on a range of projects with different members of my team, and I am given the opportunity to take on responsibility and contribute meaningfully.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I fee fairly paid for the work I do, however it would be good if bonuses better reflected performance and the work done.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

How is the support you receive?

The support from the central Graduate team and my planning team has been great. I feel that support from my line manager is lacking sometimes.
How is your work-life balance?

My work life balance is mostly very good, I do have busy periods but I'm happy to work later during these times and feel that overall, it balances out well.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

The values, culture and atmosphere is very good, I feel very supported and it is a very inclusive and welcoming environment.

Why?
The culture is great, and there are extensive opportunities to learn and develop both through training and day-to-day work. I am constantly involved in different projects with increasing responsibility, and I feel that the company has been great for my personal and professional development.
