Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Within the city agency team, I've assisted with landlord and tenant side negotiations. I've also joined and lead viewings for the team. Further to this I've compiled interest schedules, availability reports and lease expiry documents.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Within the first week of the internship, I was asked to complete a viewing with a client at a property. Due to a calendar clash, it was necessary for me to do the viewing alone, and thus lead the viewing.

What advice would you give to others applying to Savills
Speak to as many people as possible - it has become apparent how deep rooted the appreciation for communication is within Savills, and the company does not shy away from expressing this. My advice would be to get in touch with people in the company and wider industry as soon as possible and maintain those connections.
