My role is DM at a Premier Inn in Gloucestershire, where my day can vary from day to day dealing with guests, supporting in housekeeping, kitchen, Front Office and the Restaurant.
Focus is on delivering standards and ensuring that all guests visiting are happy

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed it to the extent that I have actually learnt more into my job role and things I my job role with more depth and I have had a great learning coach support me through all of this.

I have learnt lots of new skills with my off the job hours alongside my learning plan, which has helped me to develop within my position and towards being a HM
