Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
My experience at Savills has been extremely positive, offering both strong support and a wide breadth of experience across different areas of the business. The rotation structure, with a new placement every four months, has given me valuable exposure to a variety of teams, clients, and projects, which has greatly enhanced my professional development. I’ve always felt supported by colleagues and managers, who are approachable and willing to share their knowledge, and I’ve benefited from excellent additional training opportunities that go beyond day-to-day learning. Overall, the combination of structured rotations, ongoing guidance, and extra training has provided a well-rounded and rewarding experience.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Through my rotations at Savills I have gained experience across a diverse range of service lines, including property management, global account management, valuations, tenant representation advisory, and industrial investment. Each placement has allowed me to develop a distinct set of skills—from managing day-to-day property operations and client relationships, to undertaking detailed valuation analysis, advising occupiers on leasing strategies, and gaining exposure to investment processes in the industrial sector. This breadth of experience has given me a strong commercial grounding as well as an appreciation of how different parts of the business interconnect to deliver value for clients.
