Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Overall, my experience at Savills has been very positive. I’ve enjoyed my role and feel well-supported within the team, getting on well with colleagues and managers. Being in a fixed graduate rotation has made it slightly more challenging to get to know the wider business, but the structure has still provided valuable exposure and learning opportunities.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities include assisting directors with valuation reports and using our Excel model to carry out valuations. I particularly enjoy inspections and visiting interesting assets.

Yes, I would recommend Savills. It’s a strong graduate scheme with good APC support, and there are lots of teams and opportunities to gain varied experience.

I’d recommend having something interesting to talk about beyond work experience, staying up to date with sector news for interviews, and researching the team to understand what they do.
