Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Vodafone?
My experience at Vodafone has been extremely positive. The people in my team and the wider team I interact with regularly are very easy and supportive people to work with. I have been put on and trusted with some really impactful and exciting work that is driving the business forward.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Currently I have been working in the Early Careers and Employer Brand team on placement and my role has been ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our New starters on Early Career programmes, running assessment centres and keeping out Careers site up-to-date and making improvements where necessary. I enjoy providing sessions to incoming Graduates, Apprentices & Interns to settle them in to the organisation. I also enjoy researching what other organisations to, to make their company stand-out to see if we can learn from that.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
