Overall, how would you describe your experience at Vodafone?
I have loved it. I have been able to choose the roles I want to do, they have listened and adapted to my health conditions, they let me explore the roles I want to do in the future after my graduate scheme is over and everyone is really lovely and understanding.

We have weekly meetings with out team leads, as well as graduate managers, and HR is always helpful if we need to talk to them.

Why?
It is a good and healthy workplace to work in, where we think about the customer and are very heavy on charity work, as well as our own work life balance, with 28 days paid leave (not including bank holidays) and 5 days charity leave
