Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
The company is so unique to have such a large graduate intake. And it makes starting your first job so much more enjoyable and accessible. There are also so many teams and departments making career development unlimited
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I mainly manage projects, liase with clients. Use GIS systems to make our work effective and stand out to most consultancy agency services
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have moved team recently and now feel a 4 /5. But previously I did not feel it was my place to contribute meaningfully and felt like I added any value to the team
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Could be more visibility of benefits. Not too much help with day to day travel or help wit tech for home working.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I have gained so much people management skills and have been given an amazing opportunity to rotate into a different team for 6 months
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

There is a lot of formal training for grads on pathways which is so unique at a large company !

Great Grad cohort and large amount of young people. and very skilled and well experienced co workers
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

My team was very small and didn't have the resource or tools for a new grad. Also my whole team are remote and half based in Scotland. Made learning hard

Research the team you want to apply too thoroughly !
