Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
My experience has been great. I have been extremely well supported throughout and have been provided with a range of networking and development opportunities.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My main responsibilities include: conducting valuations and inspections, writing consultancy reports on a range of developments, conducting appraisals of large development schemes, and assisting on agency jobs.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

An excellent opportunity to contribute and support the team, getting involved in large and small projects.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Good bonus and pension scheme is offered with a range of discounts and health savings available. However, base salary could be better.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Fantastic support from HR and my mentor/buddy who are always responsive and on hand to help. Line Manager could be improved with more check-ins and interaction desired.
How is your work-life balance?

Great work-life balance, only having to work overtime a handful of times. Allows me to spend time at home and pursue my own interests.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Very welcoming and positive atmosphere. Could improve inclusivity in terms of ethnic diversity and run more events or similar to improve this.

A very friendly and supportive atmosphere, allows for great skills and career development. Great opportunities on offer to connect with clients and other people in the business too.
