Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
My experience at Savills has been great. You receive a lot of support with regards to your APC and experience a variety of teams.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Property Management
- Service Charge Budgets and Reconciliation
-Direct Client Contact
- Service Charge Queries
-Tenant Queries

- Comparable evidence / Comp calling
- Due diligence
-Report writing
- Market Rent / Market Value
I enjoyed having the responsibility to complete m own valuation by finding comparable evidence and capitalising this at a yield also found through comps.
