Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Good learning experience, meeting lots of new people and recieving the opportunity to join various teams across the company.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have completed three rotations. I enoyed communicating with clients, conducting viewings independently, and assisting in negotiations. I enjoy meeting grads across the industry and joining new teams.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Difficult to recieve a lot of work that can be valuable to a team due to the lenght of rotations. However, the oppotunity does arise here and there.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Noot very well informed of the perks and benefits. What is available seems to be a basic compensation package.

Very good foundational knowledge in different sectors - helps to refine my future career path. Larger network due to joining so many various teams.

How is the support you receive?

Have official supervisor/ counsellor for APC route, however, due to not working with them directly or hardly seeing them difficult to maintain the relationship and mentorship is sought across teams I rotate into.

Why?
Large company with good learning/ networking opportunities. Can recieve a lot of opprortunities for growth. Company has the resources to invest in your development/ learning - compared to smaller firms who may not have as much knowledge/ resources.

Don't need to have real estate experience to be accepted - this can help you stand out amongst those applying from very common routes/ backgrounds.
Try to show as much knowledge and interest in the sector - a niche connection - not just the classic real estate is a 'people industry'.
