Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Great experience so far. The company really values drive and desire to learn more.
I haven't found anyone in management or senior positions who I couldn't speak to, everyone is very friendly.
Graduate scheme is well structured and works well.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I work in Commercial Property Management, no rotations.
I have my own workload and also assist my manager with their work.
It's a good mix of free work and assisted work and helps to build both relationships in the team and independence.

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

In-line with other similar graduate schemes. Could be slightly higher, however the Masters & RICS are covered, so this pulls the salary upwards.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I already manage my own portfolio and the wider team treat each member as if they are not a graduate. I feel like this is preparing me well for my future career.

It's good. University took a lot of evening/weekend time & I believe the same will be the case for the APC, but this is expected.

Why?
Very good company with a great ethos. It's a friendly place to be and although you do have to work hard, everyone in the company works equally hard.
