Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
It has been a great experience! They have an incredible company culture and there has always been a large emphasis on development and training of the graduates.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have enjoyed having genuine responsibility for work. This means not just doing grunt work but rather actively being responsible for tasks, being able to independently engage with stakeholders, and having the ability to manage my own development whilst also being provided with lots of guidance on how to do so.
