I had responsibility for a major component of a project, and for implementing work that the others working on the project needed done to become unblocked.

My project lead was a big help on both dsy to day tasks when needed and broader technical direction. The code reviews given had very useful and high quality comments.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Telaxed culture, no pressure to work lomg hours or on weekends. Casual dress. Some fun things such as pool at lunch, icebreakers in some agile ceremonies, and a company festival.
