Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Global markets summer intern, variety of tasks depending on the desk, from coding projects to trade ideas. A lot of time was spent speaking to people and learning about their roles.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Very little responsibility, the nature of my rotations and the short time frame left little opportunity to be responsible for any big projects.
