3 days Sales (client interaction both over the phone and in-person) and 2 days Analytics with finance training and exams surrounding the Terminal

We were able to interact with clients from the first week and had several group projects we were responsible for

We were allocated mentors and managers who we had minimum weekly contact with. All of them were actively involved in my internship and were great sources of support

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Everyone was very open and there was less of a hierarchal feeling. As interns we were able to reach out to various people across the Bloomberg community and they were all very receptive

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed my experience and the packed schedule gave a lot of room for learning. Most importantly we were constantly given feedback so this really helped my develoment All the interns were also great to work with and made the internship very enjoyable as we had several social events planned
