Legal and Compliance Intern: Research, drafting contracts, contract reading for different regulated entities within Bloomberg. Compliance screening, KYC, etc.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
yes, mostly developed on my research skills, drafting contracts, reading different judgements, writing structurally. Mainly learnt how to analyse critically think in a commercial and legal manner.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I did have my manager and buddy to support me throughout. However since my manager was so busy during times and also she moved to a different office for a few weeks and this had an impact. Although my buddy helped me out during most of my internship, I hoped my manager was around for most of it. She did try her best to check upon me from time to time, I don't blame her for the same.
Everyone else on the legal team were mostly helpful.
