Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Global Customer Support Representative involved engaging with clients daily and resolving queries. I completed global, regional and technical projects and presentations in order to gain a deeper understanding of the department and workflow.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, having consistent and daily client engagement gave me lots of independence and autonomy, however, in the same sense, I also had lots of support. Collaboration with other colleagues was consistent.
