Calling clients to get feedback on viewings.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a lot of responsibility (more than expected), which was really useful as it meant that I could develop my skills much more, and I could also immerse myself into the industry much more.

I have definitely developed my communication skills through many telephone conversations.
I have been able to take much more initiative when conducting viewings by myself.
I feel that I have developed my existing skills to become more professional.

Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I had a lot of support from the team I was working with.
They always gave me the independence and responsibility e.g. to do viewings alone, but they would prepare me well beforehand, and were always there via email/phone if I ever needed any guidance.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

A really great team at the office.
My agency team was quite small but all very friendly and supportive.
The wider team at the Chester Office were also very friendly and all seemed interested in getting to know me and helping me around the office.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I have really enjoyed my placement so far.
I have experienced and learned much more than expected, and I feel as though I have been treated as one of the team.
It has already helped so much in work experience to pursue my future career.
