Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I fairly enjoyed it. I got to interact with a lot of interesting and intelligent people. There was a lot of social events which helped create a fun experience. The work I did was quite interesting and meaningful. I struggled a bit at the start as my direction was changed a few times. However, this pushed me out of my comfort zone and ultimately resulted in significant growth. I see a lot of potential for a good graduate experience in the future.

What advice would you give to others applying to Arm

Engage in many social interactions with people around the company, there is so much to learn from their experiences. Also do not be afraid to ask questions, most people are willing to help and support you. Lastly, challenge yourself to push boundaries and explore new ideas, there is a strong culture of innovation in the company.
