Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

Working and supporting the managers and wider Mm team across Ireland and UK.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes- I was responsible for running the forecast calls when my manager and operations was off
I owned a project- presented a sales pitch of an SAP solution to my managers who were role playing as a customer

I have several 1:1s with many different people. I felt supported from the start and appreciate how much time all of the managers have invested in my personal development

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Good- was great to work for a company that has so many CSR initiatives that we would get involved in.
It was also nice to be treated like a valued member of the team where my opinion mattered. I was not treated like an intern.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I have really enjoyed my placement year at SAP. The support from my manager and the wider team has been exceptional. I have learnt and developed a lot of valuable skills which I will take with me in my future career.
