Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As a People Intern, my role focused on supporting operational effectiveness within HR, particularly through the MSP Bot project. Day-to-day, I engaged with suppliers to improve job profile data, prepared and automated EIBs, created documentation and help guides, and collaborated with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes. I also contributed to change initiatives, participated in external meetings, and supported broader HR activities like call listening and the charity challenge.
