Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I was based within Net Zero fulfilment team under a journey manager for EV and ASHP. I spent my day-to-day working on customer communications.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I led design and review sessions for new communications as well as creating a master sheet for this product.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
The level of support I received during the internship varied depending on my line manager’s workload. Compared to some of my peers who had daily check-ins, my interactions were less frequent, typically weekly at most. That said, when I did have the opportunity to connect, I received valuable feedback and meaningful opportunities for development, which I appreciated.
