Lots. Involved in client work/meetings from day 2. Responsibilities to draft new documents/presentations and attend meetings. Always given actual work to do, rather than fake 'keep you busy' work. Felt valued and as a member of the team.

Lots. From receiving the offer following the assessment centre, I was immediately assigned a graduate employee 'buddy' who regularly checked in on me in the time leading to internship start. Met them immediately on the first day who helped me meet the team, receive training. Had weekly check-ins with them throughout the entire internship. Also had a direct appraisal manager who gave guidance. Received training from many senior members in the department.

So lovely. LCP is known for its friendly and welcoming culture. Regular team socials, a friendly and sociable environment in the office. Not only do you interact lots with your team and department, but there is great mixing in between departments to meet other interns.

Very much enjoyed - interesting work with a lovely group of people.
