Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role as an intern was to support my peers with there work, I was working in a few Scheme teams doing jobs that they needed doing, I would attend there weekly meeting and be given a few jobs, I did a different wide range of tasks during my time here.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A very high amount of responsibility in a good way, I felt like the tasks I was doing mattered and that they were actually useful and building towards something in the company.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
My ability at Excel was a big improvement got much quicker at completing tasks on that, Ability to communicate my work to other people was developed as well. In a day you have lots of meeting and talk to lots of people which is good.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
People are extremally understanding in what you are and aren't expected to be able to do, they understand you are expected to not know anything before hand which is fine. you will also receive weekly messages and have weekly catchups making sure our okay as well.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company cultural is a massive thing at Isio and they do it extremely well. Everyone is very welcoming and there are lots of opportunities outside the office for social gatherings, I think I did something with the office once a week during my time which was nice

Go into it expecting to know nothing which is completely normal, they teach everything from scratch and do it very well.
