Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
As much as could be offered to an intern, I did alot of drafting that then went higher up the command chain to be corrected and reviewed.

Support and Guidance
How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
Plenty, you are provided a 'buddy' which is usually a grad employee who you can go to for questions and to workshop your tasks. You also have a performance manager who you meet with weekly to discuss your progress and possible improvements. All staff are fairly reachable and open to communication.

It was an invaluable experience that taught me alot about the industry and it's common practices, it has also helped develop my confidence in approaching more experienced staff for advice and guidance

Research the company and keep in mind what aspects interest you, as Isio's structure allows for a lot of freedom of working across many different projects.
You should also have a base awareness of current market movements and the geopolitical factors that impact.
