i help in the running of the kitchen and mostly cook the main meals for service.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love the apprenticeship and everything I've learned from my tutors. My main tutor has been a great mentor to me, and I cannot thank her enough

well organized and struggered . i just wish my manager would be more helpful .

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My operations manager has been fantastic, my area manager was great to start with, but as time has gone on, not so much, and my direct line manager has been less than helpful.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Why?

i have worked for aspens for 9 years now and have until recently loved it . my current unit doesn't fit with me and that happens . its not a slight on the company as a whole as my previous units where amazing to work in .
