Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I have been working in Operational Capital Markets, Student and Co-Living team. My role entails ensuring various databases are kept up to date, finding comparables assets and creating excel data sheets to log the comparables. I also assisted with investment reports, and financial modeling.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was not given too much responsability as most of my tasks were first drafts which would be improved upon many times after however i was given a lot of responsability in updating and confirming data sets.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed the majority of my time. When I was only given repetative dataset work it became quite boring but on the whole i ejoyed it, especially when given more meaningful tasks like working on IM reports
