Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Average day included scheduled talks and sessions in the morning followed by an afternoon in the office with your principal, working on assigned tasks and the weekly project. Coffee chats were encouraged.
There were also team building exercises and networking events scheduled throughout the scheme.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The scheduled insight sessions and coffee chats allow you to learn a huge amount about work life at Linklaters regarding work-life balance, types of work, how roles differ from one another and the firm's strategy and values.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone at every level up to partner was incredibly friendly and open to any questions I had. Scheduling coffee chats was easier than expected and everyone was able to put aside time to speak to me during workdays.
