A healthy amount of responsibility. My responsibilities definitely grew throughout the year as I became more confident with tasks. The considerable responsibility was perhaps the most impactful learning from the year and has positively improved my confidence.

Stakeholder management skills, project management skills, commercial awareness.

I had lots of support from my team and colleagues across departments. From my experience, people can be very helpful if you ask for support.

Given that it is such a diverse company in terms of job roles, it is hard to speak for everyone with this topic. Personally however, I found the culture and atmosphere to be fun, supportive and collaborative.

I really enjoyed my internship. I am very grateful for the opportunities and self-development I have experienced. My team was very supportive and I thoroughly enjoyed working with them every day. After I had settled in to the company, I really enjoyed the range of tasks and projects I was involved in. The best part was seeing different functions of the business and working with Airbus colleagues.
