Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role is a summer scheme student and was positioned in the Recoveries and Receivership team. Day to day tasks varied but involved attending site visits, helping the team with tasks such as comparables schedules, reinstatement cost assessments and doing research on a property (e.g. planning history).
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have felt that I have been given an appropriate level of responsibility and been given the opportunity to complete tasks independently while still being offered support when needed. I have been given various tasks throughout the internship including RCA's, comparable schedules and emailed external people including agents etc.

I have been able to learn how to use software's such as co-star, Promapp and BCIS. I have also been able to learn some key terms which I had not previously been exposed to.
