Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
An extremely informative and welcoming program which helped me to understand the dynamics within WTW, including information on the apprenticeships available, how to apply for apprenticeships, speaking to current apprentices to understand how they enjoy working at WTW and how WTW differs from other companies.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Understanding the business and the potential roles available made me certain that I am going to apply at WTW as each different area was explained clearly and gave me a good motivation to follow in the future. This helped me to understand which area of WTW I would like to join and strive for.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have learnt how to correctly format any interviews that I may be invited to by using the STAR method to show a deeper understanding of the questions being asked. I have also learnt how to network with employers and employees to give myself an optimum chance in being offered an apprenticeship at WTW.

How would you rate business leader involvement during the insight

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The atmosphere of the company was extremely friendly and everyone was always willing to help and answer questions. There is a positive environment within WTW from all branches in England and each employee has their own connections and way of networking which makes them popular within WTW and this is what i would love to experience.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight into WTW as I feel I have a more effective chance into gaining an apprenticeship within the company, as everyone I networked with enjoys working at WTW which created a really positive mindset for me about the company, encouraging me to find out more when I next work with WTW.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to WTW
The tips I would give to others applying to WTW would be to express yourself and to be yourself as you do not need to change your impress the employers. It is good to have different personalities as it brings different experiences into the eyes of the company.
