I have been given vast amounts of responsibilities during my placement I have felt like a true member of the team and entrusted with important tasks.

During my placement, I’ve significantly expanded my skill set – particularly in Adobe Premiere Pro through editing our quarterly podcast and Partner Spotlight series. My communication has improved; I now confidently share ideas and challenge perspectives to improve workflows. Working with European teams taught me to adapt to different dynamics, and transitioning from a B2C background to B2B and channel business helped me see the overlap between the two.

I received consistent support throughout my placement, enabling me to build confidence and gain valuable hands-on experience.

All staff were friendly and approachable, regardless of their role, and consistently willing to offer support or engage in conversation.
