Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Introduction to the insurance industry, broking and underwriting. Personal development workshops including ... Meet and network opportunities with current apprentices and CV and interview hints and tips.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very eye-opening, but also slightly daunting that there is such a large variation of roles, so it’s hard to know which one is right for you.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very friendly and welcoming. Everybody was easy to talk to and there felt like a strong sense of family throughout the employees and the company, everyone talked very highly of each other.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed the insight, it made me definite that i would like to seriously look into and apply for apprenticeships. and talking to the current apprentices gave a real perspective of what it will be like. and i gained a lot of useful information not just for applying with them but for applying for any role for any company.
