Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
General property management matters, dealing with centre arrears, tenant queries and client reporting of all centre matters. Creating management reports and presenting information to clients. Calculating turnover rents etc.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was yes, over time whilst working on more and more, you gain the ability to be more client facing and take on different projects across the team.
