Assisting the wider Billing and Receivables team with producing sales invoices and credit notes, and reporting on usage to clients
Managing day-to-day client queries on billing and service usage
Designing and producing reports for distribution across the team and wider business

Yes! I felt like a valued member of the team and this led to me being trusted with a healthy amount of responsibility throughout my placement.

Early on - the team I worked with were extremely helpful and supportive during my training and throughout the early stages where I was finding my feet and acclimatising to new surroundings and a new role!
Throughout my placement I had regular 1-2-1s with my manager to discuss anything that I felt needed discussing and everything I brought up was not only supported but encouraged!

The company culture/atmosphere was extremely positive - it is filled with like minded individuals who are driven and is a very motivating but enjoyable place to work!

I had an absolutely fantastic time on my placement year - I could not have asked for a better experience!
I have learnt and developed lots of skills in a role that was thought-provoking whilst in a fun, supportive and productive work environment.
As a student - I feel like I got everything and more out of my year in industry!
