What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
When I first joined Savills, I was genuinely surprised by how warm and welcoming everyone was. Every person I met showed a sincere interest in getting to know me and made me feel valued. It’s rare to encounter such a consistently kind and supportive group of people in one organisation. Somehow, Savills has managed to build a team of genuinely lovely individuals—and I’m still not sure how they do it!

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Savills to a friend?
Yes
What advice would you give to others applying to Savills
Savills is an incredibly welcoming and caring company, and I’ve felt supported throughout my time here. There’s very little I would change. One thing to be aware of is the scale of the organisation—you often work with colleagues across the country whom you may never meet in person. While this is common in large companies, it can sometimes make day-to-day interactions feel a little less personal. That said, the collaborative culture at Savills still shines through, even across distance.
