Operations Intern Review

In my role, I assist with AMZL operations, coordinate projects focusing on reverse logistics, and ensure effective communication across departments. I analyze data, present weekly updates to management, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Day-to-day, I collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage scheduling, and uphold high standards through ownership and curiosity. I’ve also contributed to strategic projects, demonstrating bias for action and adaptability. My role is dynamic, combining problem-solving, planning, and teamwork to deliver impactful results.

Yes the duties assigned to me were within my capabilities, I was never bombarded with work I wont be able to manage as an Intern.

Throughout my role, I've demonstrated exceptional technical proficiency and analytical capabilities. My ability to quickly master complex metrics and navigate multiple dashboards was evidenced through rapid understanding of PLDC systems and associated monitoring tools. This technical acumen, combined with strong analytical skills, enabled me to effectively implement data-driven solutions across operations, translating technical understanding into practical operational improvements.
My project management skills were demonstrated through successful implementation of complex initiatives across multiple shifts, consistently meeting deadlines under pressure. The deep-dive investigations of PLDC and WDR programs showcased my analytical capabilities and systematic problem-solving approach. My swift adaptation to various Amazon systems and dashboards (FMC, SCC, PERFECTMILE) further highlighted my technical strengths.
Moving forward, I'm focused on developing my communication and people management capabilities. While I excel at technical analysis and process implementation, I aim to enhance my ability to present technical information effectively and build stronger interpersonal relationships across all organizational levels.

The best thing about working with Amazon is that you can go to anyone at anytime and they won't hesitate to help you. The support and guidance I got was just excellent.
