Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Over the course of the insight event, WTW held numerous sessions and workshops, some of which were interactive. We heard from different speakers across the firm and got to network with both our peers and employees. The sessions included problem solving, active versus empathetic listening and developing your personal brand.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Understanding the business and potential roles at WTW during the insight event was incredibly insightful. It provided a clear overview of the firm's core areas, such as insurance consulting, risk management, and talent advisory. Hearing from professionals across departments helped me understand the variety of career paths and how different teams collaborate.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture and general atmosphere at WTW felt welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative. Throughout the event, employees were approachable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about their work. There was a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion, which was reflected in both the sessions and speaker insights. To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the WTW Insight Programme. It was engaging, well-structured, and offered a great balance of learning, interaction, and fun.
