When at the centre the tutors help and push you to achieve. As well as this they also have one to one sessions with a training advisor about your progress

Yes. They do different activities for example a dragon boat race and pool tournaments.

It’s a pleasant place to work with a good environment and everyone will help. There is also food teamwork within the sections on the shop floor
