At TNA I build and wire electrical panels and machines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy most aspects of my apprenticeship however I feel like I could learn more technical aspects about my job role to enhance my skills and knowledge.

I have learnt how to read electrical schematics and used that to wire panels and machines.

In my honest opinion the Training provider is quite poor when it comes to support.

I feel like the structure of the apprenticeship isn’t great and I feel there isn’t much room for progression which is an important factor for me as an apprentice.

You’ve got to be willing and determined to complete your apprenticeship.
