overseeing a group of schools catering, managing the day to day business with responsibilities for HR, Training, Recruitment, Compliance ect.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It had its difficulties but i feel that overall the course was challenging enough withouting asking too much it encourages you to find out about your self and your styles of working and how to use those skills to your advantage.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my course I picked up many useful skills from how to manage difficult convocastions to project management tools and styles. All of which help me in my day to day job.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the programme was structured very well with clear objectives set throughout. from the outset i knew what had to be completed and by when
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer set aside time for me to work on my programme ensuring that I would be able to ask the relevant people if I had questions. as well as monthly meetings with my line manager and the apprenticeship coach.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My apprenticeship coach was invaluable they helped me throughout and were always there when i had questions or worries with a smile and words of encouragement. I could not have completed the programme without their support!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

my qualification allows me to lean on the skills and techniques i picked up and put them into practice almost daily, it has changed the way I look at situations and approach potential problems
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

As a region we arrange our own social events that vary from nights out to bowling to theatre trips.
