Managing a team of 4. Keeping high standards in food hygiene, health and safety, preparing and serving food to school children. Keeping to Aspens standards and making sure allergens and safety systems are filled out.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it because i like keeping up with the assignment and learning new things to improve myself in ajob role.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I would say yes because i have improved as a manager and leader through hard situations for example one staff member calls in sick. I have learnt had to deal with that in the right way.
