I am a relief chef manager ,I either go and cover chefs ,who are off sick or train new managers on the company computer systerms

I am enjoying learning more about the buisness side and what happens behind the scences of school accounts and bugets

we are either doing online training or going to head office and doing training courses there as a group and everything is online file which is a very good tool to help track our progress

My Managers have given my support with questions ,i need answering and time off to go to do my coursework ,when needed
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Alot of information and resourses are on the onefile systerm and if we need added support we can contact the trainer for support ,who also does an hour a month online meeting
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

We have the courses that are online to help us improve our skills and all the information to help us fill out our course work and we all so have mentors in the buisness we can shadow or our manager

Its a company that wants to delevop thier staff ,with training courses and apprentiship courses ,its also growing and active as a company with enviroment and trends in the buisness
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aspens Services?
Makesure you follow company recipies/marketing/policies as these help with your GP ,go on any course that are avaiaible online ,work hard ,offer to work in the summer with moblisations as this will help you learn more about the buisness and other sites .
