My role is to organise and deliver food service to schools. It involves planning, ordering, managing finances and stock, managing multiple teams and communication with clients.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot. It allows me to work on my personal and professional targets, which is boosting my confidence and knowledge.
