I am in charge of a kitchen in a secondary school that caters for three delivered services and a secondary school and sixth form. I do all the admin and health and safety as well as maintaining the company standards of service and food
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme I like the workshops and meeting people who are in similar situations as myself and being able to share advice
