Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves producing reports for the wider business and updating our system (Goldvision) with changes (including operational changes, end date changes, and pension changes). With starting my apprenticeship, I have starting dipping into some project work and I'm currently working on my own project of developing an app for the mobilisation team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my programme! The Apprenticeship Team at Aspens always go above and beyond to support with anything required and will provide as much detail as possible in every situation.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During my time within this role, I have learnt many new skills as well as developing existing skills. Some new skills I have learnt include project management and business forecasting and analysation. The existing skills that I have developed include my Excel/Google Sheets skills and my communication skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is really well organised and structured. I have been provided with timescales from the beginning and I'm constantly being updated as to what the next steps are.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive complete support from my training provider. They respond in less than a day whenever I have any questions and if they don't ever know the answer to something, they will copy my into all emails to find the answer.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I can't stress enough how my qualification has helped me perform better in my role. Even though I was doing some project work before (without realising it), I have a greater understanding of the process and and better support in all projects that I'm now involved with.
