I oversee a cluster of schools, which include Primary to secondary schools. I managed the day-to-day demands.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved the course, there was a good amount of classroom activities the group was very supportive of each other and there was lots of support

The structure of the course was explained at the beginning and we were kept on track throughout.

There was always mentors who supported you throughout the course, and the course leaders were always there with advice and guidance

There was plenty of 1-1 meeting , drop in sessions and if you needed to additional support they were always there to help
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This helped me with taking me on the final steps to take the OMs . The subjects covered a lot of the areas i have to do with in my day to day demands

There was some very interesting talks and discussions from the senior leadership teams about how they moved into their roles and how they tackle different situation in the roles.
